hola, estoy terminando mi primera sucesión y necesito saber cómo sigue, ya tengo la declatoria y pedí los informes de dominio e inhibición, se que luego tendré que solicitar la inscripción y pagar tasa de justicia. la pregunta es la iscripción se hace a través de un testimonio?? en caso de ser así cómo se confeccina??? gracias, un saludo

Si es un bien inmueble tenés que pedir libre de deudas de Rentas (no sé si es capital o provincia) y de Aguas o presentar un escrito asumiendo la deuda que pudiera existir de aguas según ley 22427 art. 5. Después presentás todos los informes y solicitas que se dicte testimonio. Cuando tengas el proveido ordenando que se dicte testimonio lo armás y lo presentás a confronte para que te lo firmen y con eso lo incribís en el Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble.
