NOTIFICAR DEMANDA POR MAIL Y POR CARTA DOCUMENTO. DUDAS

Hola a todos!
Estoy tramitando un divorcio unilateral en Pcia de Bs. As. Como todavía no se pudo notificar la demanda por toda esta cuestión del Covid, le solicité autorización al Juzgado para notificar por mail. El Juzgado me despachó lo siguiente: "... Téngase presente lo solicitado y atento a ello hágase saber a la peticionanate que podrá comunicar al demandado el traslado ordenado vía mail, solo a los efectos de su conocimiento y bajo su responsabilidad en caso de que el mismo no sea del demandado en autos.-Sin perjuicio de ello se autoriza a tal fin el libramiento de oficio policial o carta documento con aviso de entrega..."
Es la primera vez que voy a comunicar/notificar por medios alternativos, siempre lo hice a través de cédula, en consecuencia mis preguntas son: como se hace por mail??? hago una cédula y la mando en el mail en archivo adjunto en formato PDF? y por Carta Documento cómo se hace, que le transcribo???
Disculpen lo básico de mis dudas pero que quiero asegurarme de hacer todo bien y que no me interpongan a futuro la nulidad de la notificación.
