ANSES CONCEDE UNA JUBILACION POR MORATORIA Y EN BOCA DE PAGO LA RETIENEN- LA SRA. TIENE UNA PENSION ASISTENCIAL - LOS HIJOS QUIEREN PAGARLE DE CONTADO LA DEUDA DE LA JUBILACION - ANSES DICE QUE NO SE PUEDE - QUE AMBOS BENEFICIOS SON INCOMPATIBLES Y QUE DEBE RENUNCIAR A LA ASISTENCIAL POR NO SER COMPATIBLES - AUN PAGANDO DEBE RENUNCIAR? GRACIAS.
SE ME OCURRE UN AMPARO Y MANTENER LA MORATORIA. PERO DICEN QUE A LOS DOS MESES ANULAN LA JUBILACION CONCEDIDA.

tenes que renunciar a la pension graciable, y luego, con el formulario de renuncia presentarte en la delegacion de anses correspondiente y activar el beneficio.
si pagas de contado igual te arriesgas a que en cualquier momento te den de baja la graciable porque es verdad que son incompatibles.-
