ESTIMADOS FORISTAS: QUISIERA CONSULTARLE LO SIGUIENTE , ME HA VENIDO A CONSULTAR UNA SEÑORA POR UNA PENSIÓN POR INVALIDEZ QUE LE FUE DENEGADA POR TENER AMPARO FAMILIAR, DESDE MI HUMILDE ENTENDER EN EL ÁREA , ESTE TIPO DE PENSIONES SOLO SE OTORGA CUANDO HAY UN DESAMPARO TOTAL.
PARA EL CASO DE UNA EVENTUAL RECONSIDERACION HAY ALGÚN UN ARGUMENTO VALIDO O ESTA PERDIDO?

La pensión por invalidez dónde se tramitó? y a qué te referís con amparo familiar? disculpáme pero no te entiendo la consulta, me imagino que estás hablando de Acción Social...

en Accion social de Moron, me referia a que el motivo por el que lo deniegan es que tiene un conyuge con trabajo ( a eso lo llamaron amparo familiar)
