INTERES POR DEUDA DE EXPENSAS

TENGO UNA DEUDA DE EXPENSAS DE SIETE AÑOS Y DOS MESES QUE ME CAYO ENCIMA DE UN DIA PARA EL OTRO. SE DEBE AL FALLECIMIENTO DEL DUEÑO, PADRE DE LOS AHORA HEREDEROS DE LA PROPIEDAD. ME GUSTARIA SABER COMO SE CALCULAN LOS INTERESES DE LA DEUDA, O SEA CUAL ES LA TASA QUE SE UTILIZA PARA ESTE TIPO DE OPERACION.

Probablemente el adm del consorcio te aplica la tasa que establece el reglamento de copropiedad o la que se haya establecido por asamblea.
De todas maneras, tendrías que consultar con un abogado de tu confianza
