KONE’s first Destination Control customer workshop.
The KONE Polaris Destination Control System was the hot topic at our recent Destination Control customer workshop in St. Louis, Mo. The two-day education forum helped 50 of our customers get a better understanding of what Destination Control is, how it works, and the benefits of the technology. The event was also accompanied by a mix of networking, round table discussions, a site visit and of course, a visit to the ballpark.
The forum featured learning tools including an open discussion forum where our KONE experts and customers could learn from one another, as well as a job site visit where we showcased an installation of our KONE Polaris and E-Link technology. The site visit was a true hands-on experience, allowing customers to question and learn from the property manager.
We experienced a lot of interest and excitement from the group who shared that Destination Control systems are becoming more and more popular. The group’s consensus was clear: Destination Control will definitely become a standard in the market place.
